The origin of opening a store
Therefore, we created "Zhang Bo" to repackage Thai snacks in the form of a cafe, so that everyone can not only hold a cup of coffee or drink with a handshake while walking in Qinmei, but also come into our shop and enjoy a bowl full of Thai style hot and sour soup or pork belly.
In addition to delicious food, we also carefully create the atmosphere of the space. There are many old objects collected in the store. If you look carefully, you will definitely find their charm. There are three partners in our team, and I tend to show my face. I often share stories about the store with everyone. Along the way, I have been learning and growing on the road of catering. It should be said that my passion for catering drove my dream, right?
Opening a store is indeed a dream for me, especially after studying catering for so many years, I always talk about opening a store and even regard it as my future life goal. But after I really got into it, I realized that opening a store gave me not only the sense of accomplishment of realizing my dream, but also the control of time and freedom.

We have a soft spot for 1970s lamps and retro items, and this love is integrated into the entire store’s atmosphere. You can find our carefully selected collections in every corner of the store, such as yellowed lampshades, classic tables and chairs, and even small ornaments with traces of time.

"Zhang Bo's" business hours are flexible, and our business philosophy is: let freshness and quality speak for themselves. Therefore, we will take a break early after the dishes are sold out to ensure that every dish is presented to the guests in the best possible condition.
In order to allow every visiting guest to enjoy a comfortable dining experience, we do not accept reservations. Seats inside are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be arranged according to the space in the store and the instructions of our staff. In addition, in order to create a quiet dining atmosphere, we do not accept children under 10 years old.
